Once you log into your ACC account on Pirros to begin uploading models, you will see all of the models that are in your firm's ACC/BIM360 account. If you are looking for a model that is hosted on a partner's Autodesk account, you will need to send them an email to get them to add the Pirros App to their ACC account.
All that they have to do is add the Pirros App to their ACC account and then if you have access to that project in ACC, it will show up under the upload new source model section to select and upload.

Pirros is a detail management system for architecture and engineering firms. Pirros provides a web-based platform that makes it effortless to reference any information you need to help you detail. By utilizing Pirros, your firm saves time searching for details, standardizing designs across your firm, and reducing the amount of effort required to build and maintain your detail libraries.

The integration process means that when you add Pirros onto your ACC / BIM 360 account, you will be granting access to your partners to view their own project details on Pirros
Your partners will only be able to see the projects that you have already shared with those specific users
All you have to do is add the Pirros app onto your account in order to grant them access to their details in Pirros
This does not grant any access to outside parties including Pirros. Only your project partners will have access to the models that were already shared with them.
We will provide a step by step guide for your partners to add the Pirros app onto their ACC/BIM360 account:
In your ACC Autodesk Account, open the Home Page
Click on the Account Admin Button on the top left
Click on the Apps Button on the bottom left
Scroll down to find the Pirros App
After clicking on the Pirros App, click Install
A pop-up will come up saying: Pirros would like to have access to Files
This will allow Pirros to link the project models hosted on your account with the users that already have access to these models.
Click Authorize and Install
You are all set to allow partners to view their Autodesk Projects on Pirros!
