New UI Layout (Web App & Revit Plug-In)

Web App: The top navigation menu has moved to the left side of the screen and is collapsable, to maximize workflow efficiency. Other visual improvements as well.

Revit Plug-In: Single Pirros icon from the Pirros tab in the Revit ribbon, simplifying navigation to the Pirros side panel in Revit.

Sheet Builder PDF Export

Export Sheet Builder sheets to a PDF printed at the correct scale.

Model Health Improvements

Admins can weight each Model Health category and set default settings for each metric. A new Refresh model data button updates the metrics without running a full review.

Dismiss and Restore Health Check Findings

Hide AI-generated health check findings that don't apply, and bring them back at any time.

Family Types in Excel Export

The families Excel export now has a Family Types column, and the families table has a new Unit column.

External API (Pirros Max)

Firms can build their own connections to Pirros, such as pulling library data into Power BI or a project management tool. API keys, role permissions and documentation are included. Pirros turns this on for each firm.

Shared Workspaces (Pirros Max)

Two Pirros firms can share a workspace to work together on a joint venture project.

Model Health Trends

Model Health now charts how scores change over time.

Table and Bulk Action Improvements

New columns in the tables: Last Updated (details), Needs and Needed By (details and families), Source Files (families), Health Score with a column picker (stashes), and a sortable Last Downloaded column (projects). Bulk actions can now select every page, not just the one you're on.

Stash PDF "Apply to All" and User Export

Set print options for a whole stash PDF in one step. Admins can also export their firm's user list to Excel.

ACC Is Now Autodesk Forma

Screens and messages that said ACC now say Autodesk Forma.

Sheet Builder

Compose Revit sheets directly in Pirros by dragging details onto a paper canvas in a stash. Downloading the stash creates real ViewSheets in Revit with viewports placed exactly as designed. Requires plugin 3.5.48 or above.

Multi-Version Upgrades

Convert any family or detail to a different Revit version on demand, individually or in bulk. Upgrades run in the cloud and add new version artifacts to your library.

Health Scores

Every family and detail now receives an automated 0–100 quality score against configurable rules. View scores on the new Management → Health page and tune factors in Workspace Settings → Health.

Revit 2027 Support

Pirros now supports Revit 2027 across the web app — upload models, run extractions, and select 2027 in version pickers throughout the platform.

Color and Black & White Display Settings

Admins can set a workspace-wide preference of Color or Black & White for downloaded PDFs and detail card thumbnails.

Bulk Edit View Name and Title on Sheet

Bulk edits now support View Name and Title on Sheet — update both via Excel import alongside tags, notes, and other parameters.

Family Types List View

The List View option in the family type dropdown is now easier to find — browse family types as a list instead of as thumbnails.

Update Family

Users with permission can now update a single family with an RFA file by clicking Edit Family on the family page.

Search in Flagged Items Page

Search the flagged items page to find specific details, mentions, and comments left on a detail or family.

Max Page Limit

Adjust the maximum number of cards displayed on the Details and Families pages — up to 180 cards per page.

Count of Flags and Last Updated Date in Bulk Export

Admins can now see the flag count and last sync date for each detail as separate columns in the Excel bulk export.

Permanent Stashes

Pin a user stash by clicking the pin icon to prevent it from archiving after download.

Bulk Edits for Projects

Admins can export all projects to Excel, modify project filters, and import the changes back to Pirros.

SSO and SCIM User Management

Firms with SSO now have expanded SCIM capabilities for automated user provisioning and de-provisioning through Azure AD. See the Set Up SSO and SCIM article for details.

Admins can export the entire library (details and families) to Excel, edit tags and notes, and import the changes back to Pirros.

Reference Only Toggle

Admins can mark individual details as reference only — not just entire projects.

Model Groups

Pirros now supports Model Groups and Detail Groups. Firms with the Families add-on can upload groups while maintaining nestings and references. Requires plugin version 3.3.5 or above.
