Before you can review anything, you need a project in Pirros connected to wherever your models live.
There are three ways this happens, depending on how you arrived.
Created automatically from Forma
If your firm's Autodesk account is connected, projects can be created in Pirros and linked to the matching Autodesk project automatically. There is nothing to do — open the project and its models are already available to select.
This is the smoothest path, and it is worth checking whether a project already exists before you create one by hand.
Created in Pirros, linked afterwards
If you created the project in Pirros yourself, you link it to Autodesk from the project:
Open the project.
Choose to add models from Forma.
If the project is not yet linked, you will be prompted to link it to the corresponding Autodesk project.
Once linked, the models inside that Autodesk project become available to select.
Linking an empty project
You can also link a project before adding anything to it. The order does not matter — link first and then add models, or add models and link on the way.
If you already use Pirros
Existing Pirros projects are not linked to Autodesk automatically. If your firm has been using Pirros for your detail and family library, those projects will not arrive pre-connected for reviews. You link them yourself, once per project, using the steps above.
What access you need
What matters is whether you can open the project in Autodesk Construction Cloud — not who owns the hub it sits in.
This comes up constantly for consultants. If you are a structural or MEP engineer and the project lives in the architect's hub, that is fine, provided you have access to the project itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: We already use Pirros. Are our existing projects linked for reviews?
A: No. Projects that exist in Pirros for your detail and family library are not automatically connected to Autodesk for reviews. You link each one yourself, once.
Q: The project is in the architect's hub, not ours. Can we still link it?
A: Yes, as long as you can open the project in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Hub ownership is not the requirement — project access is. This is the usual situation for structural and MEP consultants and it works normally.
Q: We don't use Autodesk Construction Cloud at all. What then?
A: Upload the model directly from your machine. Reviews work the same way; what you lose is scheduling, live model reading, and current model health. See Add a model: Forma-linked vs. local upload.
Q: Do I have to link before adding models?
A: No, either order works. You can link an empty project and then add models, or start adding models and link along the way.
Q: Can one Pirros project be linked to more than one Autodesk project?
A: A project links to one Autodesk project. If your work is genuinely split across two Autodesk projects, set them up as two projects in Pirros.
