Users can flag details for review by firm administrators, allowing them to highlight information that may require attention. This streamlines the vetting process and helps build a more comprehensive and standardized detail library.

How to Flag a Detail:

If you come across a detail with an issue or mistake, please flag it for your administrative team to review. This ensures they are notified of your comment and can update the detail promptly, preventing any errors from being used in active projects.

To flag a single detail, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the image of the detail or click to Open The Full Detail

  2. On the very top right of your screen, you will see a flag icon to click

  3. Once you click on the flag icon, you will land on the Flags page of that detail, where you can write a comment

  4. You can use the @ symbol to send your comment directly to someone else at the firm

  5. You can use the Pen symbol to mark up the detail directly in Pirros
