Request Projects to be Uploaded to Pirros

Updated over a month ago

Uploading your recently closed-out projects to Pirros is a simple yet powerful way to enhance collaboration and efficiency within your team. By making project details accessible, you enable others to reference and reuse critical information, saving time and reducing redundant work.

By contributing to Pirros, you’re not just archiving past work—you’re creating a smarter, more efficient way to manage project details for future success.

If you can’t find a specific project or detail on Pirros.com that you know exists and need to reference, you can request an admin to upload it by following these steps:

  1. On the Projects tab on Pirros, click the top right button that says Request Project

  2. Submit a Request Note explaining why the project should be added to Pirros, including its project number, name, and parameters.

  3. Attached the Final PDF drawing set to your request

  4. Click Next

  5. Here is where you submit the Revit model with your request

    1. You can attached a Revit model from your local server or from the BIM 360/ACC cloud

    2. If you don't have access to the model, you can submit your request without a model attached.

  6. Wait for an administrator to approve your request

  7. You will get notified once your request is approved and see the project upload onto your database.
