When you're working with a filtered or searched list on the Details or Families page, you can now select every result across all pages at once — not just the items on the current page — and run a bulk action on the entire set.
Prerequisite: You need the Admin role with the relevant bulk permission (export, tagging, or delete).
How to select all results
Go to the Details or Families page and apply any search or filters to narrow the list to the set you want.
Check the select-all checkbox at the top of the list. On its own, this selects only the items on the current page.
Choose Select all results to extend the selection to every item that matches your current filters, across all pages.

What you can do with the selection
Export to Excel — download just the filtered set (for example, only the details tagged Metric) instead of your entire library.
Apply tags across the whole selection.
Delete the whole selection.
Note: When all results are selected, View Selected is turned off — the set is too large for the preview to render. Narrow your filters first if you want to preview before acting.
Exporting a subset to Excel
The exported file uses the same column format as the Management tab's Import / Export tool, so you can edit it and import your changes back the same way. See Import / Export in the Management Tab for the full edit-and-reimport workflow.
