Customize Your Table Columns: Reorder, Show, and Hide

How to rearrange, show, and hide columns on the details, families, and projects tables. Customizations are per-user and persist across sessions.

You can now reorder, show, and hide columns on Pirros table views — details, families, and projects. Your column layout is saved per-user and persists across sessions, so you can set up the view that matches how you work and come back to it the next day.

How to Use It

  1. Open any table view (Details, Families, or Projects)

  2. Drag a column header left or right to reorder it

  3. Click the columns menu (top-right of the table) to toggle individual columns on or off

  4. Your changes save automatically — no Save button

When to Use It

  • Cleanup sprints — show only the columns relevant to a quality audit (e.g., name, last-updated, flag count) and hide the rest

  • Project filing — promote project metadata columns to the front when working on tagging or filter setup

  • Customer-facing demos — hide internal columns so the view stays clean for screenshots

A: No. Layouts are per-user. Your teammates can set up their own layouts independently.

Q: How do I reset to the default layout?

A: Open the columns menu and click Reset to default.

Q: Does this affect the Excel export from Import/Export?

A: No. The Excel export always includes the canonical set of columns regardless of your in-app layout.
