To ensure downloaded details appear in an organized "PIRROS IMPORTS" section at the top of your Project Browser, adjust the browser organization settings in your Revit template.
Open your Revit project model

What Happens Next
Save this configuration in your Revit template so all new projects automatically organize Pirros imports this way. Every detail downloaded from Pirros will appear under PIRROS IMPORTS, making it easy for your team to find and place them on sheets.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to do this for every project?
A: No. Configure it once in your firm's Revit template (.rte file). All new projects created from that template will inherit the browser organization settings.
Q: What if I don't have a custom project parameter?
A: Create a new shared parameter with a "Text" data type. Name it something like "Detail Source" or "Import Category." This gives the browser organization a field to group by.
Q: What if I skip this step?
A: Downloaded details will still appear in your Project Browser, but they'll be mixed in with your other views based on Revit's default organization. The PIRROS IMPORTS grouping makes them easier to find.
