Pirros organizes your work into two project states: Active and Completed. Understanding the difference helps you keep your library clean and easy to navigate as your workload grows.
Active Projects
Active projects are any projects currently in progress — no content has been uploaded to them yet. When you create a new project in Pirros, it starts as Active by default.
Your Active tab shows everything you're currently working on, along with a count so you always know how many are in flight.

Completed Projects
A project is automatically marked as Completed once content is uploaded to it. This signals that the project has reached a meaningful milestone and helps you distinguish finished work from what's still in progress.
Completed projects don't disappear — they move to the Completed tab where they remain fully accessible for reference at any time.

Switching Between Tabs
Use the Active and Completed tabs at the top of your Projects page to toggle between the two views. Each tab displays a count of the projects in that state.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I move a completed project back to active?
Not at this time. Once a project is marked as Completed, that status is permanent. If you need to continue working on a project, we recommend creating a new project and referencing the original as needed.
What triggers a project to be marked as completed?
A project moves to Completed automatically when a drawing set is uploaded to it. You don't need to do anything manually.
Can I still access files in a completed project?
Yes. Completed projects remain fully accessible in your library — they're just organized separately so your Active view stays focused on current work.
Will completed projects affect my storage or limits?
No. Completed projects count the same as active projects toward your account's storage — the status is purely organizational.
I uploaded a drawing set but my project doesn't show as completed — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, reach out to us via the chat below and we'll take a look.
