If you can't log in and the standard "Forgot Password" flow isn't working, follow these steps to regain access.
Try the Standard Reset First
Go to app.pirros.com
Click Forgot Password below the login form
Enter the email address associated with your Pirros account
Check your inbox for a reset link from Pirros
Click the link and set a new password
If the Reset Email Doesn't Arrive
Check spam/junk: The reset email may be filtered. Search for "pirros" in your spam folder
Wait 5 minutes: Reset emails can be delayed. Don't click "Forgot Password" multiple times β each click generates a new link and invalidates the previous one
Verify your email: Confirm you're entering the exact email address your admin used when inviting you to Pirros. Typos in the email field are a common cause
Check with IT: Your firm's email filtering or firewall may be blocking emails from pirros.com. Ask IT to whitelist the domain
If Your Firm Uses SSO
If your firm has SSO (Single Sign-On) enabled, the "Forgot Password" flow does not apply. Your login is managed through your company's identity provider (e.g., Microsoft Azure AD, Okta).
To reset your password:
Use your company's standard password reset process (not the Pirros login page)
Once your company password is updated, sign into Pirros using Sign in with SSO
Still Can't Log In?
Contact Pirros support through the chat widget at help.pirros.com or reach out to your firm's Pirros admin. Provide:
Your email address
Whether your firm uses SSO
What happens when you try to log in (error message, blank screen, etc.)
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I clicked "Forgot Password" multiple times and now none of the links work.
A: Each click invalidates the previous link. Use only the most recent reset email. Wait 5 minutes, then request one more reset and use that link immediately.
Q: I changed my password but still can't log into the Revit plugin.
A: The plugin caches your login session. Click Pirros β Settings β Logout in Revit, then log in again with your new password.
Q: My account is locked. What do I do?
A: Contact your Pirros admin or support. Accounts may lock after multiple failed login attempts. Support can unlock your account and help you reset your credentials.
