Pirros sends notifications when details are updated, stashes are shared, flags are created, and other activity occurs. If you're receiving too many emails — or not enough — adjust your notification preferences.
How to Change Your Settings
Click your initials in the top right corner of any Pirros page
Click Account Settings (or Profile)
Navigate to the Notifications section
Toggle individual notification types on or off based on your preferences
Click Save
Notification Types
Common notifications you can control:
Detail updates — when a typical detail you've downloaded gets a new version
Stash activity — when someone shares a stash with you or adds details to a shared stash
Flag updates — when a flag you created is resolved, or when new flags are created (admins)
Request responses — when your download or project request is approved or denied

Q: I'm getting dozens of emails about stash updates. How do I stop them?
A: Go to your notification settings and turn off Stash activity notifications. You'll still see stash updates in the platform — they won't be emailed.
Q: Can my admin control my notification settings?
A: No. Notification preferences are personal — only you can change them from your account settings.
Q: I'm not receiving any emails from Pirros. What's wrong?
A: Check that notifications are turned on in your account settings. Also check your email spam/junk folder for messages from Pirros. If your firm uses email filtering, ask IT to whitelist emails from pirros.com.
